Return Policy

At WoltBloom, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or negligence are not eligible for return.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@woltbloom.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

Non-Returnable Items:
• Digital items such as downloadable e-books
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Products that have been used or altered

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@woltbloom.com for assistance.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please reach out to our customer service team.

Amazon Orders:
If you purchased your WoltBloom product through Amazon, please refer to Amazon’s return system and policies directly. We are happy to assist if needed.
